Salam: Investment in Human Capital Key to Lebanon’s Future
Lebanon committed to reforms
Following a meeting with the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, on Monday reaffirmed Lebanon’s commitment to comprehensive reforms, noting that “successive crises, including the Israeli aggression, have made reform a national imperative.”
Salam emphasized that the government has adopted “a clear vision focused on financial and economic stabilization, institutional strengthening, and investment in human capital.”
The PM further underscored Lebanon’s intent to “mobilize support for reconstruction and reassert its place within the Arab fold.”
Moreover, Salam described the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development as a “natural partner,” and said Lebanon is seeking “long-term strategic partnerships to drive stability and sustainable growth.”
