President Aoun Congratulates Municipal Election Winners, Emphasizes Unity and Progress

President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, congratulated the winners of the municipal and mayoral elections, commending the "completion of the first phase, which began yesterday in Mount Lebanon Governorate in an atmosphere of democracy and transparency. "
