Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati arrived to United Arab Emirates on Friday morning to lead Lebanon’s delegation to the 28th United Nations climate change conference (COP28), which starts officially today in Dubai.

The Lebanese delegation includes caretaker Minister of Environment Nasser Yassin, caretaker minister of Energy Walid Fayad, Lebanon’s Ambassador to the UAE Fouad Dandan and Mikati’ advisor, Nicolas Nahas.

Mikati is scheduled to deliver his speech at the conference tomorrow, Saturday.
