The Syrian ship Laodicea, coming from the Russian Federation through Lebanon to Syria, left the port of Tripoli at eight in the morning, after the Acting Urgent Matters Judge in Tripoli, Zainab Rabab, issued a decision to release the ship and allow it to sail.
The presidency of the port of Tripoli had also allowed the ship to leave in accordance with Lebanese legal principles.
An indication that the ship Laodicea was carrying cereals, and the Ukrainian embassy in Lebanon accused it of having stolen its cargo from Ukraine.
