The "Akhbar Al-Yawm" agency has learned that a meeting took place between the head of the Free Patriotic Movement, MP Gebran Bassil and MP Tony Frangieh. The two discussed a range of political developments and key upcoming entitlements for Lebanon, particularly against the backdrop of rapidly evolving regional dynamics and shifting conditions in the broader Middle East.

According to available information, the meeting was held last week at Bassil’s residence in Bayyada. Discussions touched on several urgent domestic issues, including the municipal elections.
