Shocking post by Maher al-Assad's Wife
Long live Syria free and proud
Manal Jadaan al-Assad, wife of Maher al-Assad, the brother of the former Syrian president, posted a picture of the Syrian revolution flag on her Instagram account, accompanied by the phrase: "Despite the will of those who betrayed their family and country, long live Syria free and proud."
Maher al-Assad had previously held the position of commander of the Syrian Army's 4th Division before leaving Syria with his family.
