The French Embassy circulated today a tweet by Ambassador Hervé Magro, which said: “This morning, I participated in the annual mass on the occasion of Saint Maron’s Day, which was celebrated by His Beatitude the Maronite Patriarch, Cardinal Bechara al-Rahi, in Saint George’s Cathedral...This solemn festive mass confirms the prominent role of the Maronite community in Lebanon.”
