The same circles revealed that the Lebanese Forces party has begun preparing for practical steps in this area in solidarity and interdependence with the Opposition in order to coordinate and find a solution to achieve this end.

The circles added: the issue is not so simple, but the problem must be identified, which lies primarily in the funding provided by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), i.e. if the funding is stopped, a large number of displaced people will return from where they came from.

The circles explained that in recent months, more than 900 thousand Syrians have entered Lebanon, "for money", at a time when everyone knows that Syria is suffering from an acute economic and financial crisis, where the monthly income per capita does not exceed 50 dollars, Syrians come to Lebanon under the title of "asylum" and receive directly a weekly salary of at least 60 dollars without doing any work, as for the displaced people who are previously in Lebanon, earn at least 300 dollars a month, also without any work.

These circles indicated that the opposition forces are preparing a plan based on:

- Confronting the UNHCR;

- Check out what the government will do to close the border;

- Strengthening the role of municipalities;

- Communicate with the International and Arab communities to distribute the displaced, as the burdens exceeded Lebanon's ability;

They concluded: there is an agreement between the majority of forces on the need to end this issue completely.
