International legal sources have clarified the whole truth of the hype aroused by the decision of French judge Aude Buresi regarding the issuance of an international arrest warrant against the governor of Banque du Liban Riad Salameh, and revealed that no allegations had been received against him until today, and Riad Salameh's lawyers were not informed of the issuance of any allegations.

International legal sources have concluded that the "arrest warrant" issued by Buresi has no real use as it is not enforceable and will be challenged, and this warrant has no legal basis in the absence of prosecution, which Buresi is unable to do until today for fear of the consequences of such an allegation contrary to French law on her and her judicial career, in particular that a number of her decisions in previous cases have been invalidated by French justice because of fundamental violations it has committed, and it is wary of falling back into such mistakes.
