"No Sessions" as long as the sit-in continues!
The country cannot live or continue in this way (Disruption and division): there is no new president except with specifications that strengthen the Hezbollah camp, there is no convening of the Council of ministers unless by submitting to President Najib Mikati, and there is no way for the House of Representatives to exercise its legislative and electoral duty unless all parliamentary blocs submit to the will of its president Nabih Berri.
From here, the sit-in of the change deputies in the House of Representatives came for the fourth day in a row, challenging the approach of those who adopt the "fall of democracy", regardless of whether the initiative will move the deadlock in the disrupting the election or not, but it is an attempt.
According to "Akhbar Al-Yawm" agency, upon any positive development, Berri will immediately call for a new election session, but in return, he may be in the process of proposing the "No Sessions" formula as long as the sit-in continues!
Meanwhile, the fundamental requirement of the change deputies and the opposition is to hold open sessions until reaching the election of a president… Is the sit-in able to create a solution?
A veteran constitutional authority answers "Akhbar Al-Yawm", that the Constitution does not specify any text related to open sessions, but when the session is adjourned, the council does its normal work, from studying laws and others.
In this field, it seems that the problem is not the number of sessions. A president will not be elected only by stimulating discussion, towards an approach that everyone can agree on, to reach some kind of consensus.
