Kanaan said after session on Sovereign Fund: "We are working on integrating 4 law proposals, including the independence of the Fund, which must be connected to the state's constitutional institutions while preserving savings and must be separate from state budgets".

"We have made significant progress in today's session and reached Article 10, and all articles related to its creation and amendment were approved", he added.

"There is no quota in the Sovereign Fund, and in case the Fund is not sovereign, then "let's leave the oil in the sea", he concluded.
