The head of the Depositors' Association, Hassan Moughniyeh, confirmed that "negotiations with the depositor, Sally Hafez, are nearing completion regarding the file of her assault on the BLOM bank two weeks ago to obtain her financial deposit".

He indicated that "Hafez will surrender to the security forces after disappearing since the moment she stormed the bank".

He explained that "this will happen after making sure that the bank does not initiate any proceedings against the depositor".

In addition, other activists reported that "the negotiations include the provision of other guarantees that no other files related to Hafez's activities will be opened within the framework of the protests or movements in which she constantly participated".
