Muhammad Al-Qahtani, a Saudi businessman reportedly residing in the United Arab Emirates, was giving a speech at the speaking at the Arab-African Conference in Cairo on Monday when he appeared to lose consciousness and fall over backwards.

"Al-Qahtani" fell unconscious while delivering his speech at the conference, where his wife, Dr. Aisha al-Jabri, was next to him, in addition to the guests of honor of the conference, and the doctor of the hotel immediately rushed to him in order to do first aid, but it turned out that he died, which led to the cancellation of the conference activities.
