The Minister of Public Health in the caretaker government, Firas Al Abyad, toured a number of primary health care centers and hospitals in the western Bekaa and Rashaya districts, inspecting the health, medical and hospital conditions in them, and familiarizing themselves with the suffering and problems experienced by this sector in the region, starting with the Malta organization center in Kefraya and then a hospital Khirbet Qanafar, where he met with its administrative and medical staff, and then moved to Qaraoun, where he was received by the head of the Union of Municipalities of Beheira and the mayors of the western Bekaa and Rashaya in the Qaraoun Charitable Dispensary, where the mayor of the western Bekaa, Wissam Nassih, confirmed the support of the clinic with the available and possible capabilities.
