Minister of Education, Abbas Halabi, on Tuesday said in a statement that given the weather forecast that predicts snowstorms and ice waves all across Lebanon, it was up to each school and its director - whether a public or private educational institution - to decide whether to open or close the school's doors during the anticipated storm, depending on the school's location.
