Wednesday’s weather is expected to be generally cloudy with heavy rain, strong winds, decreasing temperature degrees, and snowfall starting 1,100-meter altitude, according to the Beirut airport-based meteorology department. 

Coastal temperatures: 4 to 14 degrees Celsius

Mountainous temperatures: -1 to 6 degrees Celsius

Inland temperatures: -1 to 5 degrees Celsius

Surface winds: Northwesterly to southwesterly, with winds gusting between 20 and 45 km/hr (intensify at night to reach 100 km/hr, especially in the north)

Visibility: Generally good, worsens at higher altitudes at nigh

Coastal humidity: 40 to 70%

Sea: Wavy to stormy, with surface water temperature at 18 degrees Celsius
