The Australian Federal Court on Sunday, January 16, rejected the appeal filed by world number one tennis Novak Djokovic against the cancellation of his visa and his expulsion from the country. "The Court orders that the appeal be dismissed at the plaintiff's expense," affirms the decision unanimously approved by the three judges, on the eve of the start of the Australian Open during which the Serb planned to compete for a record 21st Grand Slam title, AFP reports.
