Representative Fayez Ghosn died at the age of 71. He was born in the town of Kousba in the Koura district on June 28, 1950. He was married to Mrs. Yona Bakhos Hakim, and they have two daughters, Nadine and Karen.

The head of the Marada Movement, Sleiman Franjieh, mourned Ghosn on Twitter and wrote: We lost you, an honest and loyal brother and friend.
