Economic source: the two sides of production in permanent meetings

Fuel prices continue to record upward numbers, and officially the price of a plate of gasoline is rising above 300 thousand, almost half of the minimum wage, after the weekly table was set last week based on the exchange rate of a banking platform at 20 thousand lira per USD in parallel with the rise in the price of a barrel of oil.

Here, the state may not remain impassive, so the first question is to look at raising the transport allowance in line with the rise in fuel prices, so an employee may not stay at home, to quote an important economic source.

The source explained via "Akhbar al-Yawm" agency that reaching a solution for the correction of wages is the title of a great cooperation between the economic bodies and the labor union, at the level of the private sector, revealing that the two sides of production in permanent meetings dealing with the search of all relevant files, where each party must bear full responsibility, saying: Businessmen or company owners cannot disagree with workers who are partners in production, whether in Industry, Commerce or in any other service sector.

The source stressed that the first step is to raise the cost of transportation, as well as a near consensus to correct wages between the public sector and the private sector on the one hand, and between the general labor union and economic bodies, expected to show signs in a few days.

He revealed that Labor minister Mustafa Bayram, who is essentially the son of an official institution, knows the suffering of the public sector.

The source said that more than a year ago the economic bodies demanded the subsidy of gasoline at a price higher than 1500 LBP/USD , but this demand did not cast any response, knowing that if it had been met, today the price of a plate of gasoline would not have exceeded 50 thousand liras.

As for the position of the government, the source said that we should give it a grace period of 100 days, where ministers work, unlike the convulsive atmosphere that some reflect!
