The circles which followed the work of the military court were astonished that some generalize on all stages of the work of the military court, in particular as regards the post of government commissioner to the military court, which Hezbollah wants, on the base of what happened in Tayouneh events.

These circles said that many of the events that occurred in the military tribunal were treated wisely, unlike other events that were treated with recklessness or double standards. Former Commissioner Sakr Sakr has for example managed the dossoers that have to do with the Israeli enemy, terrorist operations, the bombing of Al-Taqwa and Al-Salam mosques in Tripoli, the case of Ali Eid and others.

 These circles wondered how to deal later with dangerous events similar to the Tayouneh incident, and they asked the question: For example, why the leader of the Progressive Socialist Party, Walid Joumblatt, and the leader of the Lebanese Democratic Party, Deputy Talal Arslan, were not appealed to be heard about the Kabr Chmoun incident? What happened with the leader of the Tawheed Party, Wiam Wahhab, when the forces of the Information Division went to the Jahiliyyah to bring him?

These circles asked the question: How, in the Tayouneh incident, one could ask one side, without the other to be listened to, while this other was at the base of the outbreak of the incident, then neglect the broadcast hundreds, if not thousands, of armed men who have appeared publicly on television and on social media, shooting indiscriminately, injuring people who have been injured and destroying almost early on what they find. Doesn't all of this deserve to be heard from those responsible for these armed men as well?

These circles concluded their speech by saying that the problem is not in the military tribunal as a tribunal, but rather that some of those in positions there may be the problem, especially if it decides to put aside the legal and judicial way to be replaced by the way of interests and personal relations
