Eighty-eight migrants were "rescued" off Boulogne-sur-Mer in northern France as they tried to reach England in three separate boats, the maritime prefecture said.The regional surveillance and rescue centre (Cross) was first notified that a boat was in "difficulty" off Boulogne-sur-Mer.
