Disagreement is not with the aim of reform.. What can Mikati offer?

The same boring scene is repeated every time, parliamentary consultations, naming, commissioning and battles grinding between the designated president and the team of the covenant.

Previously, the President Saad Hariri mandate lasted 9 months, in the light of the economic collapse and the rise of the dollar after each "round" between him and President Michel Aoun and he ended up apologizing.

Hariri apologized, and the consultation is back again, former heads of government agree to name Mikati, under public support by Hezbollah, in other words, Mikati if he holds the so-called "Sunni cover", and also receives the consent of the Shiite duo.

But the question arises: What is Mikati different from Hariri? What Mikati could offer that Hariri could not offer? since even before he was commissioned he insisted that he would not make concessions, and that he was in a hurry to form a government.

Mikati has only one option, either to waive the terms set for him by this or that team, or to apologize as Hariri ended up.

For his part, the deputy head of the Future Movement, Mustafa Alloush confirmed that the main signs indicate that the covenant, despite everything, is still holding on to control the government through the Ministry of Interior to control the upcoming elections, and second through the disabled third to be able to disrupt the government and dismiss it at will.

Alloush added that President Najib Mikati is sticking to the same conditions, except for the technocrat government, as Mikati may agree to form a techno - political government, which Hariri had rejected.

As for President Mikati's chances of forming a government, Alloush said that Hezbollah's support for him and the general circumstances surrounding him will prevent the Covenant from "playing games" and ignoring the party, along with international pressure that could also force President Aoun and Bassil to accept what they rejected with Hariri.

Hence, Lebanon today faces two scenarios, either Mikati and the "covenant team" agree on a formula that satisfies both parties, and the formation of the old government in the hope of achieving some reforms, or a new collision, an apology and a return to zero As the dollar's exchange rate continues to rise.
